New Offerings for Enterprise Customers

In 2023, global non-compliance penalties exceeded $549 million, affecting over 353 million individuals through security breaches—Additionally, 31% of enterprises faced network or bandwidth issues.

In response, Zoom’s latest enterprise features aim to tackle these challenges head-on.

Zoom Compliance Manager Plus: Launched in March and powered by Theta Lake, Zoom Compliance Manager (ZCM) provides enterprises with archiving, eDiscovery, legal hold, and information protection.

The new Compliance Manager Plus enhances ZCM with risk detection, data loss protection, and advanced trends analysis. These features help organizations meet regulatory obligations and mitigate compliance risks.

Zoom Meeting Survivability: This feature introduces enhanced network redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service during internet disruptions caused by storms or carrier failures.

Utilizing Zoom Node as a central hub for hosting workloads on-premises allows meetings to continue seamlessly via failover to local servers.

Zoom Mesh for Meetings: Already available for Webinars and Events, Zoom Mesh now extends to Meetings.

This capability optimizes bandwidth usage, saving companies up to 60% on internet costs while ensuring a smooth user experience despite bandwidth constraints.

Zoom Customer Managed Key (CMK) Hybrid: Enhancing Zoom’s existing CMK data privacy offering, CMK Hybrid provides customers with more control over encryption keys used for data protection.

This feature allows the entire encryption/decryption process to be managed on-premises. It will be available for Zoom Workplace starting with support for Team Chat in Q4 2024.

These offerings are included with Zoom Workplace Enterprise licenses or available as paid add-ons.
